1. When you are ready click here: 
2. Choose RUN to view the illusion.
3. Concentrate at the center of the illusion for about 30 seconds.
4. Now look at the back of your hand.
NOTE: This is called "persistence of vision", this is what makes motion pictures work. Make sure you stare at the illusion on your screen for at least 30 seconds or the illusion may not work.
